We are hiring for a CNC Programmer for one of our qualified clients in Fresno, CA. This is a temp to hire role paying $21-$23 an hour depending on experience.

CNC Programmers collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams to improve processes, reduce errors, and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, and machining operations
• Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and AutoCAD drawings
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot CNC machines
• Optimize cutting paths and production efficiency
• Ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts
